Case Study
Worksseven were instructed as the building services, sustainability and BREEAM consultants delivering the project to achieve an A EPC rating, Low Carbon emission, low operating costs and BREEAM excellent certification.
Case Study
Worksseven were instructed to design 8 floors of CAT A and CAT B offices to achieve the industrial “exposed services” aesthetic. Improve the building’s EPC rating from D rating to A in order to meet the future Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES).
